14 Years For Fling With 13 Year Old

Lina Sinha, 40, headmistress of the Montessori school in New York, has been sentenced to 14 years in jail for carrying on an eight year affair with a boy, beginning when the child was 13 years old. It's the longest jail sentence received by a horny teacher since Pamela Smart.

The victim was only 13 when the pedophile principal - at 29, more than twice his age - sat him on a white porcelain sink in a rear classroom of the school and gave him his first oral sex. "She told me that she loved me and that one day we were going to get married," the victim - now a cop, 24, in Queens - told jurors.

Lina had earlier turned down a plea deal that would have given her six years in prison.

She wasn't helped by the strange behavior of her mother, who apparently decided bringing Lina's students to the courtroom during the schoolweek was a good idea.

Obviously, Lina was unsuccessful in using Debra LaFave's famed "I'm too hot for prison" defense.

English Teach Booked For Boinking Boy

Thirty-one year old Tracy Booth, an English teacher at Newark Boys Chorus School, was arrested earlier this week, accused of sexually assaulting a 13 year old student at her home and a Newark hotel.

She faces 20 years in prison. Booth had apparently been the boy's English teacher for several years.

News reports say the Newark hotel was a Comfort Suites. So it was probably this one:

Authorites say Kelly Spaich, who teaches language and social studies to eighth-graders at Silverado Middle School in Roseville, California, allegedly had an affair with a 16-year-old boy who is a former Silverado student. Spaich, 28, was released on $150,000 bail.

[UPDATE 7/6/07:] Her husband turned her in. Apparently, he was not pleased she cheated on him and the couple's 13-month old daughter with a minor.

In many school districts, it's common for sex education to begin in the 5th grade. But not many school districts use live, unsupervised, student-run sex shows to teach kids the basics of the horizontal mambo. Spearsville High School in Louisiana, however, appears to have adopted this rather unorthodox sex-ed method.

According to press reports, two fifth-graders had sex on a classroom floor while two others fondled each other and their classmates looked on. Their teacher was at an assembly. Apparently, the kids were left alone for 15 - 30 minutes.
